10 auctions I had going just ended all products sold. 7 out of the 10 are showing up on my unsold list. Has anyone has this happen to them? How did you fix it?
Any help would be appreciated!

Clear your cookies & cache on your browser, log out and log back in. That's how I fixed it once. Same if you have photo upload issues.
Also is the buyer still a registered buyer?

It took a little time, but the issue seemed to correct itself. A few buyers got messages saying the lost the auction but then got winning emails too. Weird, but it looks like it all corrected. Thanks for the cookie tip. I'll try that if it happens again. Thanks!

Tried clearing the browser, didn't help. Went back to the method that helped me last year when it happened. Go to UNSOLD list. click on the number of BIDS on the item and it takes you to Bid History. On the right it will say SEND INVOICE and you can send. If it doesn't say Send Inv. then refresh the page, maybe a few times and it will pop up. Once you Send the invoice it appears in Awaiting Payment, like it should.

Years later. This first time has happened to me. Item had 2 bids, sold. Only shows in my UNSOLD listings with option to relist. When I click on bid history there is no option to send invoice. What gives?

This is tied to a tech error from today that'll be fixed by tomorrow morning some time.
In the meantime @twooxandarooster , see solution here for a way to force the auction to move from unsold to sold by clicking the number of bids column and refreshing the page.
