You are posting to ebay.com & you are in the UK
But I did find your completed item under your user ID.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/baby-girls-ted-baker-3-6-months-pram-suit/372585444357?hash=item56bfd2b40...

You can post to the UK payment board here

https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Payment-Topics/bd-p/21900000771

You gave ebay the Final value fee and did you ever ship it ? or no & that is why the buyer is sending you a screen shot.

Can't be 100% sure it works the same there but if you typed in an incorrect email address in the listing that doesn't match your Paypal then the payment would have sat there unclaimed but If the money remains unclaimed after 30 days, it returns to the buyers account automatically. should have been returned to the buyer

Sold items remain for only 60/90 days max depending on what sold page you are using to look at them.

It should be visible here (a 90 day retention view):
https://k2b-bulk.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SalesRecordConsole&currentpage=SCSold

You can possibly access the item via eBay sold emails you may have received, or by plugging the itemnumber into:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/ITEMNUMBER

It is far too late (32 days?) to open an unpaid item case and get the Final Value Fees credited, so I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve. If you shipped the item, there is also nothing to be done about it other than asking the buyer to pay for it or return it (unlikely as it sounds like they scammed or tried to scam you).

The timeframes and other aspects may be different for you as a UK seller
