Am I nuts, or does my sold history only go as far back as 60 days? If that's the case, and I'm not missing something, this is another example of why eBay is a sinking ship.

I don't think you're nuts unless we're both nuts because I'm noticing the same thing . I'm currently having an issue with a order I placed on Feb .2nd . It's been I guess about 7 weeks now but it's never arrived . The last estimated due date is April 9th . However by April 9th this order is going to vanish from my purchase page because 60 days will be up by then . I've contacted the seller but to no avail . Once this order leaves my buyer page it's going to make it more difficult to request a refund . That's the problem were facing now with orders that never arrive . Tulips

Tulips, if I were you, I'd open an INR case now.

It's been like that awhile. However, if you do an Advanced Search by seller, it will bring up your active listings. If you click the "sold" box on the left, you can see your last 90 days of sales.
FWIW, I can see my Etsy solds all the way back to 2011 when I started my shops there.

Tulips, if I were you, I'd open an INR case now. thevintagesilvershop
It won't let me . It says'' your order still may be on its way '' . I can't open an INR until the last estimated due date has passed . However as I mentioned by April 9th [ the last estimated due date ] the order will vanish from my buyer page and from what I've been told not even e bay can see it any longer by then . 😞 Tulips

Then I'd call Ebay. Where's it coming from? China?

Before the purchase disappears from purchase history, go to the listing page for the item, print it (PDF, hardcopy, screenshots), open the order details page, print that too, and save the URL for the order details page (write it down or copy and paste it in a text file.)
You will need the 13 digit transID and the 12digit itemID values from that URL at a minimum if you don't record the entire URL. With those you can access the order details well after 60 days if need be, and with the item number can access the listing page for a very long time sometimes (120 days, 6months, 3 years maybe depending)
Order details URLS can look like either of these depending on how you arrive at the order details page:
http://payments.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewPaymentStatus&transId=1234000001234&itemid=28366677788...
https://vod.ebay.com/vod/FetchOrderDetails?itemid=283666777888&transid=1234000001234
https://www/ebay.com/item/[ITEMNUMBER] where [ITEMNUMBER] would be 283666777888 in the examples above will pull up the listing.

Yes , its coming from China and from a seller I've purchased from many many times . My orders from them always arrive quickly within two to three weeks . It's one of the reasons I keep returning as a customer . So I'm pretty certain the seller knows as well as I do that the missing order I purchased 7 weeks ago has probably been lost in transit . I can try calling e bay about this and I probably will . However I think they're going to tell me the same thing in that I must wait until April 9th to request refund . E bay should really extend the time for overseas orders . Tulips

@suburbanbeat, @turquoisetulips ,
If you go to your purchase history where it says See orders from: last 60 days there should be a down arrow to the right of it. If that does not show on the App, login the classic way so you get whole site access. Use that and your purchase will be viewable for up to 3 years.. Just to be safe I would make copies or take screen shots of the info.
eBay has been telling people they cannot access transaction info after 60 days, which I find hard to believe. You may not see it on all sellers feedback profile page, but there can be a line with (details not available because the transaction is over 90 days old) Otherwise transactions with View Item are viewable up to 90 days, unless the seller has made all items Private.
Once the last estimated delivery date has passed, I suggest just filing an INR with PayPal since it will be more than 60 days. No tracking info and they will process a refund seemingly faster than ebay.
For future reference, do not buy from any international seller who has an outside delivery date of 60 days or more. Especially, if in the shipping details there is a handling time longer than 10-14 days. These days there is no reason why items should take longer than 30 days to be delivered even from China. (except if you buy just before the Chinese New Year) and even then I would find another seller. Well over 90% of international small package delivery is done by air between originating countries and receiving countries. In the U.S. customs is quick and there is rarely holdups.

Almost all of the orders that I've placed with Chinese sellers have a 60 day or longer estimated due date for delivery from the day of purchase . I suppose they do this because they're aware of the fact that after 60 days it's much more difficult for their buyers to request refunds . I don't suppose e bay can control how long of delivery dates sellers can give but it still seems a bit unfair . Tulips
