Sold auction item locally and can't cancel listing - 4 hours to go.

So is there any way to cancel an auction with only 4 hours to go? No bidders, but 4 watchers. My doom is approaching.since ebay SMP will not let me cancel this late in the auction.

To end a listing early and cancel all bids or sell to the high bidder:

1. Go to My eBay > Selling and find the item.

2. From the More actions drop-down menu, select End My Listing Early.

3. If there are bids on your item, choose how you want to end your listing.

   • If there are 12 or more hours before the end of the listing, selectCancel bids and end listing early or Sell item to high bidder.

   • If there are fewer than 12 hours before the end of the listing, your only option is Sell item to high bidder.

     Note: If your item has no bids, you can skip this step

4. Select the reason you're ending your listing early and click End My Listing.

Excellent, Emerald, thanks! I had two CS's advise I could NOT cancel within the last 4 hours ewven without bids, but the second one guided me to the right place on MY Ebay -- Active Listings screen to do the same thing under ACTIONS at the left (which used to be right).. I can sleep tonight now.

Yes.  To end an auction early, use this form:

Your current 3 active listings are in fixed price format; the discussion above is about auction-format listings.  A fixed price listing can be ended at any time, even during the final 12 hours.
