Sold an new iDevice and received an opened one

Hey all

i sold an iDevice and it was sealed in packaging.

the buyer returned it and it was opened and iCloud locked.

ebay granted the buyer a full refund. How do I deal with this?

1.check the serial to make sure its the same device .

2. Apple devices are targeted for fraud.

3.Call ebay tell them you were defrauded on their platform.

4. hopefully you’ll receive a refund.
