Sold an item on ebay's recommended setup, when will i receive coupon?

I clicked the button that said, if item doesn't sell for more then this price, I will get a coupon for the remainder.

Unfortunately the phone you sold was not eligible for the minimum-price guarantee, because it had a cracked screen and non-functional controls. That would have a major impact on the selling price.
