Sold Items Appearing in Active Listings !

Hi all,

Just noticed a problem with some stuff that sold this weekend. I sent out offers on many of our watched items, all with a quantity of 1, and some of the sold. Only problem is that several of these sold items are still showing up in Active Listings. Anyone else seeing this on their accounts?

Sounds like your out of stock option has been turned on.

If you don't use the option, check your site preferences and see if it's turned on.

Yeah, I recently changed that setting so that it's on. Why would the listing show as Active if my quantity is zero?

If you check closely, there is no purchase option.....(just watchlist)

Also, I don't think it is visible to anyone but you, but I am not positive on that

and...It will show up in your active listing on your Seller Hub until it expires

That's what the OOS option is for.

If you have an item that you can get more of, it keeps the listing active so you don't loose any of the selling history. and all you have to do is update the quantity.

I think they'll stay active for 3 months before they are removed or you can end the listing yourself.
