Did you mean:

So this is how PayPal deals with your concerns?

In an email received from PayPal support is this:

"To add additional comments, reply to this email."

And further down in the message is this:

"Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and you will not receive a response."

Ok, then.

List more, sell more. Goodwill that other, uh, stuff.

Feeling sleepy? There's an app for that.

That falls under, no matter what you do, it is wrong.

Is there an email listed there that you can respond to?

No, it just says logon to PP account, which I would do anyway.

Any website that provides a log in link in an email is just wrong.  Ditto if they provide a phone number in an email.  One would think by now that especially banks and credit card companies would know better, but they continue to offer those things in emails.  My credit union says go to their website to log in.  Good.  But then they provide a phone number.  Bad.  And while no direct link to the login page they do provide a link to the website, as in mycreditunion.com, which can also be spoofed.

Bottom line is, don't go to any website from a link in an email.  Just too many malicious players out there to take a chance.
