Just listed a new item, and knew something weird was up when it kept timing out on photo uploads. Go back in to look and make sure all is correct, and behold!! BOLD LISTING TITLE. ugh... I haven't ever in all my years used a bold title. Or even considered it. Apparently now along with relisting for you, they are adding additional pay as you play options for your convenience as well.

Oh, but guess what. That happy little $4.00 charge made it into my account just fine without any glitches. So, now I get to sit on hold for an estimated 38 minutes.

Seriously. W.T.F is going on with this place...

At least I can give props to CS service today. They were faster than expected, and gave me a credit with no hassle. Told me I can keep the listing bold until it expires. LOL

Glad they removed the charge for you. Something similiar happened to me yesterday too, I was relisting, and it changed to a 14 day return policy, when I have never accepted returns. I caught it before I completed the listing. I hope I didn't miss others though.

HI, and yesterday I changed a auction to a fixed price and set the days to 7, I hit relist and low and behold IT CHANGED AUTOMATIALLY TO GTC after i hit relist! now I can't change it without wasting a listing by ending and starting over. I was not happy, I saw the duration change to 7 days, then it mysteriously was switched. I just about give up with the daily technical issues. such a waste of my time and energy.
