See sellers are putting their .com addresses on there main pics, I was under the assumption this was not allowed but ebay wrote me and said it was. How about that I guess I should pay attention more to the updates.

No, it's not allowed.
They need actual people checking out the reports and not some bot that doesn't know what it's doing.
Last few days, I've reported a few listings that are clearly violating policies, but the bot didn't think so.

Actually that's not allowed. That's how they are trying get around paying fees to ebay. You should report them.

Yes, it is allowed. (Even though it is not) I have reported several of these violations over the last few years, in fact, one just now. They all came back, including this one now, no listing violations found and the seller did NOT violate eBay rules. So apparently, it is NOT an eBay violation - repeatedly straight from the horse's mouth, per se. I thought also that it was a violation to show pricing from other venues to compare to your listing. I reported a major multi-million-dollar seller plastering screen-print prices comparable from like GreatCollection auctions, etc. So have at it, as eBay does not care anymore. Even they confirm their rules don't matter. I am so sick of eBay not enforcing their own rules when I have tried to play by these same rules for over 23 years. And no, it is not that the bots haven't caught them since I reported them and someone had to review the report to reply. A level playing field is what most sellers beg for. It will never happen.

Nor did the supposed person reading your report that green-lighted it back to you in a reply.

Reporting does no good. I have and every time I receive a reply stating that no violation was found. Many coin dealers have their website on the header of their store including the address and phone number of their shop.

To me it has never been about what others do, it's about what I do that matters.
Yes, it is unfair but I am not about to break the rules, I do however suspect we will see certain sellers coming in here talking about they got an MC999 and they have NO idea why.

This same seller has 3 listings for the same $350,000 coin as he does for hundreds of other high-priced duplications that eBay will not remove. I have reported them all. I also reported a seller who left extremely foul replies to the negative FB he received from buyers. So bad that I could not even begin to type here. The CS agreed and stated she would escalate. That was a month ago. Still nothing. eBay does not care anymore.

The fact that eBay's policy enforcement is not comprehensive, accurate or timely does not mean the policy has been rescinded. Nor is the fact that eBay support got the answer wrong.
The following are not allowed:

I think the bots have 'auto-responders'??? Humans are not necessary when comparing the violations with the responses people are getting.
When I was researching something else, I ran across something that was very difficult to report via the form. None of the reasons in the various dropdown menus seemed to apply. Finally, one day I decided to use one that had an actual "text" box associated with the dropdown choice.
I reported: " Item #xxxxxxxxxxx was for a $2 fork yesterday. Today the listing is for a Sony camera for $2800 ($2k less than normal) by a Zero feedback seller who registered 3 days ago. The $6 curtain they have for sale may just be tomorrow's latest laptop."
I think that the "seller" sold a about $15K worth of vapor before they were Naru'd. It took longer because these were listed in "travel" or "businesses for sale" where there is no buyer protection, so buyers (victims) were prohibited from filing claims.
Haven't checked in a while to see if this is still a thing, but they were easy to find.

That's like saying...
"So now the Police allow speeding?" because you saw a car speeding?
No, they don't allow speeding.
The speeding car you saw didn't get caught.
No, ebay does not allow advertising your dot com site.
Just because you saw someone who did, doesn't mean it's allowed.

Do as you wish, do as you like, do what you think is right, no matter to me, your choice.

It is a known fact, only about 1 in every 2,000 traffic offenses are caught by the police.
It may be the same thing here, I am however curious exactly how these sellers are being reported.
