if I am selling DVD Disc only and DO NOT want to them Individually, I have them as a Promotion of Buy 3 get 1 Free Is there a Way to Turn OFF the purchase of a Single Disc?? Reason Being USPS sells a .87 cent stamp for a 2 oz Envelope (they are Ebay Logoed Cardboard ones) Lately USPS is returning them to me for .40 cents more postage!!! HELP any advice is apricated.

My advice would be to stop putting an 87cent stamp on them, and take them to the post office and pay the correct amount upfront before they return them to you for more postage.

Even if you're using a buy 3 get 1 free (ie - add 4 to the cart), there's nothing stopping a buyer from only buying 1,2, or 3.

No, if you item "single DVD" that allows customers to purchase only 1. If you only want to sell in group of 3 + 1-free "you need to list item as LOT of 4).

You are probably being charged for a "nonmachinable" item -- your envelope is too rigid to pass through the high-speed, automatic roller systems, which need to bend the envelope nearly in half.
You can purchase a "nonmachinable" stamp only at the USPS counter -- they are not available through eBay.

As others have said, if you don't want to sell them individually, then don't list them individually. Set them up in small lots.
