I never have figured out exactly what the requirements are for Power Seller Status.

Very interesting. I'm not a PowerSeller, but I am Top Rated. I wonder if they are going to change it...

Here are the links, hopefully that will explain it.
Grace period use to apply when you fall below the transaction numbers needed.
This first one is the *powder* seller link

I've got the numbers, I just fell short of the $$$
My fault. Been concentrating on other IDs and haven't been listing many "woohoo" items on this one.
Been expecting the PS to drop off for a while.

Thanks for the links. I reckon the main difference between TRS and Power Seller is the $1,000 in transactions per year vs. $3,000 in transactions per year.

Well, I was going to say that the page was out of date, but It see it's from your seller dashboard, so I will say instead that the information is out of date.
The PowerSeller program predates the Top rated Seller program, and when they started TRS, the sales requirements were higher so you had to be a PowerSeller first to qualify for TRS. I believe they removed the PS requirement (i.e. lowered the minimum sales for a TRS) when they started the TRS+ program. Or it might have been a bit later.
Currently, you can be a TRS without meeting the minimum requirements for PS:
Top Rated Seller Sales requirements:
You have at least 100 transactions with US buyers over the most recent 12-month period.
You have at least $1,000 in sales with US buyers over the most recent 12-month period.

Grace period should still apply when short on $$$ or number of transactions.
I was surprised it was in that link, as I thought they had done away with it.
They still have FB percentages as well, even though FB is not suppose to count against us as much:(
