I JUST FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!
You have to export the photos right from finder (or whatever you use for files) and DONT add the through add photos.
Drag the photos from finder to eBay and do NOT use the add photos on eBay site.

You mean drag and drop from the directory into listing form? Yes - you don't want to involve some kind of intermediate photo handling software - that's where I've had problems. Anything you need to do in post, do it on the image in the directory and then drag and drop.
I use my camera as an external drive and just drag and drop from there if I've got the photos the way I want, but it's just a digital camera and not an Apple device (I'm still impressed with the photos your iPod takes).
Glad it's working!

Thanks, I did not know that and I have been trying to figure out how to upload without flipping them every time.
It really is as simple as airdropping and dragging and dropping.
Also I use my iPod because It is a apple device and I have a apple computer.
It is a iPod touch 7th generation.
