Should I accept this return?

I recently sold a Gold Charm and completely described the size 1.9 centimeters and Weight. The buyers wife has requested a return stating that they thought it was 1.9 inches and it is too small. She claims they made a mistake. I specify no returns, but if there is an error in my description I would. So should I accept this return because the buyer made a mistake and If I don't, will they leave me bad feedback?

"if I receive it with no damage" is not a condition that you will be able to enforce. eBay will expect you to refund as soon as the package shows as Delivered back to your City and ZIP.
On the plus side, it sounds like your buyer just has Buyer Remorse and will most likely return the item in original condition, so you can sell it again.
Note that adding Signature Confirmation on an item selling for less than $750 gets you no additional seller protection beyond what Delivery Confirmation gives you for free, in terms of defending against an Item Not Received dispute. It's good that you are warning buyers within the listing that they will need to sign for it, but there is no extra protection for you in exchange for the extra delivery fee you are paying.

I guess what is your gut telling you?
Did they ask in a way to tick you off? Are you feeling any weird vibes from them, like that really isnt the reason, or you are concerned they will wind up not sending it back, sending something different...? Did they sound entitled/demanding in the email to you? Do you feel they would be a repeat buyer?
I mean they made the error. You have a no remorse return policy, ebay will back you. If they try to force a return via inad, evidence exists that this is false and now they are violating ebay policy by abusing the returns policy with a false claim.

I've seen (well, heard of) buyers getting denied on a remorse return, then be granted a NAD return.
I'm not sure of being denied a remorse return nullifies your ability to do a NAD return.
Does anybody know?

This is the best thing to do.
Even though you have a no return policy and are within your rights to deny the return, appreciate the fact that the buyer is honest and admitted a mistake/remorse reason. Too many buyers simply lie and claim NAD, in which case you have to accept it PLUS pay shipping in both directions.
In this case, you can issue the refund just for the item price.
