Should I Offer Free Returns?

As a seller I always balked at the idea of offering Free Returns, but I see that many sellers are doing it. 

Does it increase sales? Returns? 

What return rate should I expect?

Should I do it?

I think it depends on what you sell and how many returns you get now.

If you only get 1 or 2 returns a year, it might be ok.

If you get a few a week or month, I don't think it would be worth it.

I get 0 now. 

I sell a wide variety of stuff.

You might do ok offering free returns then.

If you start getting a bunch, you can always change it back.
