To start off the story, I was selling a computer case with a starting bid at 19.99. Someone bid on it and won today, and I was waiting on payment. It still has not come through, however I checked the buyer account and it was created the same day the bid occured. It says they are from Armenia and they have 0 feedback, should I even bother with shipping this? I feel like if I do it's just going to be some sort of return scam thing and all i'm trying to do is get some extra money for my anniversary, not get scammed.

Let's see, what do eBay policies say to do?

I have had plenty of zero feedback sellers and no problems. they have to start somewhere.
I assume they are having it shipped to a U.S. address since I didnt notice international shipping in your listing
They them may be having it shipped from there to Armenia. Again no problem you just have to have comfirmed shipping to the U.S. address.
The item is not a dollar value so I would think less likely a scam.
You can get a return any time on anything thats just how it is.

You need to be careful. You cannot cancel a listing without a valid reason such as problem with address or buyer changed her mind.
It is Sunday. Not everyone is near their computer 24/7. Give it a few days. If they do not pay after 48 hours you can send non pay notice then cancel 4 days later.
In the future, if you want immediate payments, check immediate payment required box.
If she does pay make sure it is in your paypal account by going directly there and checking. Do not rely on emails or give out your email address if asked.
Is she using a reshipper. Just make sure to send it to the address on the paypal account. If it is then forwarded elsewhere, you will be protected against an item not received. Paypal unfortunately is a different story.

What did you designate for international shipping? Did you set it all up? Did you block certain countries?

How about...
Don't ship until the item has been paid.
