Shopping Cart Checkout still an ongoing issue?

My potential buyer sent a message yesterday concerning item 302440209785, that read:

Select one of your own products, place it on your basket.

Then, click to pay for it.

The message says that you cannot receive payment "at that time".

I tried a few times the last 4 days, the same message is displayed in red characters.

Wondering if this is the same issue I have read about in the past?

Unfortunately, I ran into a similar issue today. I tried twice to check out from one of my favorite sellers and it threw me the error that, "Something went wrong." I went to try a third time (In my infinite wisdom...) and it cleared my cart, and the items did not show up in my buying history- I have no idea if it was successful, so I am waiting watching my Paypal to see if I get hit more than once with a payment.

I just wanted to add a +1 to this since it seems that eBay is having a tantrum when I use it :<
