Hello: I am angry about what happened to me. I made a sale of an article but due to customs issues, the order was delayed and the buyer opened a case for an article not received. The item arrived that same day but by not putting the tracking number, ebay ruled against me and reimbursed the buyer. I contacted the buyer and asked him to please put in the messages that he had received the item and the buyer did. I appealed to the decision of ebay and ebay ruled in my favor but they have not refunded my money, which they said they would. Now ebay sends me to paypal and paypal sends me ebay and my money was not refunded.

Not sure what PayPal has to do with reversing the refund, but you could try calling them at 888-221-1162. Sounds to me like the buyer needs to contact PayPal and tell them to cancel the refund.

You are in Managed Payments. PayPal has nothing to do with any refund that eBay promised you. How long have you been waiting?
Typically, when a claim is filed the amount is put "on hold". Is it still on hold, or was it released to you?

Why didn't you enter the tracking number?
Looks like you're dropshipping from Amazon, do they give you a tracking number that traceable outside of Amazon?

Never a good mix drop shipping from one platform to another
BUT any way why could you not provide a tracking number?

Once a buyer is refunded the transaction is closed and it can't be reversed. The tracking number is proof of delivery and without it sellers are screwed. Bet you never forget to add the tracking number again.

PayPal? OP this doesn't make sense
We use managed payments, so if ebay ruled in your favor, then you would get your money back by direct deposit. Besides if you get an item not received case, and I cannot stress this enough. It is important to have tracking, that is how sellers win those cases.
So im glad you appealed and won, that can be a hit and miss depending on your situation. But I have no clue why ebay is saying PayPal needs to. If you could upload a screenshot, minus personal info, it would help me understand the issue at hand.

If it went through Amazon, it was probably one of those TBA##### numbers they use. Would eBay even accept that as a tracking number since it's just Amazons delivery?
