Shoe authenticator in Las Vegas is clearly bad at their job

What a joke of a group! Are counterfeit Salomon hiking shoes a real problem such that they need to go to an authenticator to slow up and mess up the process? Sent a brand new pair in the box to them, now they are being returned for some reason, at my expense. They clowns clearly suck at their jobs
