I purchased two shipping labels that were downloaded and tracking number entered but I was unable to print them( personal issues) and so had to go to post office and ship them with new tracking numbers and it cost about a dollar more but my question is... How do I get refunded for the shipping labels purchased on ebay but not used?

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

in addition, don't forget to upload/edit the "new" tracking numbers into your item details.....

When my printer has issues I go to the public library and print labels for a dime a page.
