From googling, I see many results generally saying UPS cannot deliver to a PO box. So what do I do, ask the buyer to provide their residental address?

Ship USPS. I see no reason whatsoever for you to be shipping anything you have listed by UPS.

If someone has a PO BOX they also have a street address that reads:
Customer's Name
124 Happy Street Unit #567
Nowhereville, MT 59108
UPS can ship to that address, I know it's a technicality but reach out to the buyer to see if they can provide it in that format and wha-la your issue is solved.

USPS has a service for PO Box holders called Street Addressing which allow users to receive packages sent via private carriers at their PO Box.
If a buyer is using this service the "street address" they would provide to you is the street address of the Post Office where their box is located. Try Googling the address to see if is a Post Office.
If they only provided a PO Box and nothing else then they are not using the service.
If the did provide a street address and it's not a Post Office then that is the address to use if you are shipping UPS/FedEx.

I sold a Playstation, which has a much bigger box and was told UPS/FedEx would be better.

Yes, the address line is a PO box and nothing else.

Then you have to do one of the following
- Contact the buyer for their street address.
- Ship via USPS
I tried to look at the listing but I do not seen any Playstation sold on your id in the past 90 days, was it sold on another account?

I have sold it on this account, specifically Playstation 4.

Don't ship to an address other than what's on the order. If the address must be changed you would need to cancel the order, re-list and have the customer purchase again with correct address.

Okay, will do.
