It seems to be corrected today and I don't have a clue what happened. Labels are back to normal size. But yesterday for no apparent reason the shipping labels I printed out from Ebay's application shrunk in size. I spent about an hour trouble shooting it with no success. I couldn't figure it out. I had made no adjustments or updates to my Epson printer's software. I did not change any configurations. Any time something strange happens with this computer I'm always wondering during my trouble shooting if it is related to other problems. Microsoft updates some times cause myriad problems with various software I run and there have been two of those in about 5 weeks. I allow them to update because I figure they're necessary. They wouldn't be doing them if it wasn't important, right? Something odd in recent months is that I noticed Microsoft's new browser (Edge) just suddenly appeared on my computer. I didn't click yes or no to allow it to download. It just did. And ever since that happened I've been having trouble with Google Chrome. I got ride of Edge. Problems remain. When I fire up my computer and sit down to check my Ebay account, banking, etc., it's now a nightmare to get Google Chrome to open. I did the recommended trouble shooting. Got rid of extensions, etc. My computer is scanned for malware and viruses. I spent about 45 minutes trouble shooting this today and after re-starting my computer several times finally got Google Chrome to open. But I still need to know what is causing this problem. I'm running Web Root security. Is anyone else having problems with Google Chrome? It's what I use for everything. All my passwords are in there, etc. All my saved links. I'm helpless with out it. And I don't want to struggle for nearly an hour every day just to get it to open. What is going on here? Help anyone? I'm running Windows 10. It's not my internet connection causing the problem.
