Shipping keeps changing to Fast and Free

I get so tired of eBay changing the items I pick when making an auction. First it would change my choice to include Make An Offer. Now it changes my shipping from First Class to Fast and Free.

I have rewritten the auction three times. I fill in the part with the weight and measurements of the package. I choose First Class shipping because the package qualifies for that. All looks fine until I list it and check the listing. At that time, the shipping has changed to Fast And Free.

What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. Fast N Free shows up on any fre-shipping listing when eBay estimates that delivery will be within 4 business days, regardless of the shipping method..  

When a seller looks at their own listing, they see the estimated cost and delivery dates for a buyer in their own ZIP Code. So it would be reasonable to expect that a First Class package would be delivered to a buyer in your own ZIP Code within 4 business days.

In your original post it was unclear which aspect (fast or free) you were objecting to.

There is a known glitch in which the app sometimes shows free shipping when it isn't.

None of your listings are showing free shipping to me. I'm using a desktop. If you're using the app, there is (or was) a known glitch that showed free shipping for items that did not actually have it.

Ok, the problem was me! I had checked that I pay the cost instead of the buyer pays the cost. Seems like it was different the last time I filled one of these out. But as the shipping part was corrected, somehow the auction added the Best Offer choice. Corrected that and think I am good to go.

Maybe, with enough practice, I will figure this system out!

No, you didn't see the auction because I unlisted it when it wasn't working right. I've fixed it now (I think) and relisted it.
