$0.75 shipping fee for shipping something to somebody. And besides that when I went to go buy the shipping from the USPS they charging more than what ebay said it would cost. It was the exact weight size and same shipping as what I told eBay. This has happened a couple times where I get charged an extra fee fee when the shipping fee is not what eBay suggests their shipping fees are wrong and I don't have a printer to print off that label all the time.

Are you shipping at the "retail rate" by shipping at the post office?

You may be passing the "online" discount on to the buyer. There is a box to check when listing that can make that happen. The "online" (print a shipping label) rate is less than at the post office.

At least one of your recent Sold items offered the shipping service called Parcel Select Ground, which is available only online. At the PO, the equivalent service would be Retail Ground. Both services used to be known as Parcel Post.

If you are going to purchase postage at the Post Office, you should set up your listings with a service that is available there. In most cases, that means choosing First Class for packages up to 13 ounces, and Priority Mail for heavier packages. Retail Ground costs the same as Priority Mail and should only be used for items that must travel by ground, such as hazmat.

The 75 cent "shipping fee" is actually the final value fee on the shipping portion of the money you take in.

The Ebay final value fee (or commission) is calculated on both the price of the item and the price of the shipping. Essentially, everything you collected from the buyer.

Many sellers offer different classes of mail delivery. Ebay charges that portion of the FVF when the buyer checks out. Before that they don't always know what the shipping will be.

There was a time when there was NO percentage charged on shipping. Some sellers took the opportunity to list items for ridiculously low prices, but then charged exhorbitant shipping rates to effectively bypass eBay’s final value fees. Their answer was to charge final value fees on both item price and shipping to end this rather unscrupulous practice.

Example transaction for a non-store seller in good standing:

You sell an item for $50
You charge $7.50 for shipping
The buyer pays with PayPal

Here are the fees, and when they will be charged:

$5.00 eBay item FVF (10% of item price), added to your monthly invoice when the sale is made
$0.75 eBay shipping FVF (10% of shipping), added to your monthly invoice when the buyer pays
$1.97 Paypal fee, deducted from the payment when it is made (2.9% of payment plus 30 cents)

eBay added the FVF on shipping to rduce fee avoidance and to level the playing field for sellers who offer "free" shipping.

eBay and PayPal both charge a fee that is a percentage of the buyer's total payment including shipping and handling. eBay started this fee system in 2011.
