I do a lot of international shipping and there is no set time limit. It slowly gets there, but no two are alike. There is no guarantee on time when shipping international.

As others stated there is no real way to be sure of the exact time. Not familiar with how eBay works in your country with regards to your shipping options but for the US sellers eBay provides the seller and buyer with the delivery date based on the postage class being used to ship the item. If the buyer does not receive the item by the delivery date, 24 hours later they can file an INR case. If your countries shipping services do not provide tracking information you are defenseless against any such claim.
