When I did the listing and use the shipping calculator it showed the shipping would be approximately $11-$12. However, when someone said they wanted to buy it and it’s now marked sold the shipping price now shows to be $25? What happened? The package is only going from Indiana to Arkansas. I got the dimensions in the right weight correct. Any suggestions what happened? Any idea what I should do?

When you look at your listing, the shipping charge you see is what it would cost to ship to your zip code.
The buyer paid what it cost to ship to them.

Something definitely doesn't add up, mind showing a screenshot of your shipping screen? For a package to cost that much, going that distance, it would have to be pretty large or heavy

Don't use "flat rate" guestimates (USPS rates increase all the time). If you put correct "weight & dimensions" for boxed items USPS will calculate correct postage.
If you referring to the "bedsheets" that you just sold....they show PRIORITY MAIL shipping which is very expensive. If you selected USPS Ground Advantage...customer will get cheapest rate.
You have a choice "cancel transaction" and have very unhappy customer that will leave negative feedback or "ship item".

Without details about the exact prices, the actual package dimensions, and the two ZIP Codes, we can only speculate about what happened.

The OP's only Sold item in the past two weeks is a set of sheets which was set up with calculated shipping for a 4-pound package via retail Priority Mail, so the calculator would show a shipping cost of $11.70 - $26.90 depending on Zone. Of course if the actual package dimensions were over 1 cubic foot the price would increase significantly.

What was the shipping charge that the buyer actually paid? Did they pay $25?

Two quick thoughts:
There is no way that bed sheets shipping via Priority Mail should cost $25. Bed sheets might weigh 2-3 pounds, and should only cost at most $9-10 going from Arkansas to Indiana if you are using eBay labels ($11-13 if you are paying retail prices at the USPS counter).

Whatever went wrong, the only thing you should do now is ship the sheets. If you cancel, that has negative ramifications for your account ,and you'll likely also receive negative buyer feedback. Just suck up the extra expense, try to figure out your listing mistake, and take it as a lesson learned.

You did not provide a lot of details but as others noted looking at the bedsheet listing you are using priority mail and it appears you are using calculated shipping. What did the buyer actually pay you for shipping? Did eBay change your seller settings to pass along the shipping discount to the buyer? What were the dimensions of the package and the actual weight?
Using the following estimates on your package and shipping from your location in Indiana to Little Rock, Arkansas I can purchase a discounted Priority Mail shipping label on Pirate Ship for $12.01. Had you offered ground advantage it would have been $8.81
