Shipping Labels

I sold two Items went to ship on monday downloaded the labels on my phone got to the post office did not realize it was a Holiday it was closed next day Tues went back to post office no labels on phone Ebay it said Shipped I said not shipped need Labels got labels shipped everything good then I check my account Ebay charged me for the labels what do I do

just send the buyer a message explaining ebay's tracking policy and the post office being closed

If you bought 2 labels for each item, go to your shipping labels and void the ones you didn't use.

To cancel duplicate label...go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABELS (select label & cancel).
