Shipping Label & Cart Troubles

I went to finish printing my labels today and noticed that an item I had already printed was still in the “Awaiting shipment” section. I accidentally printed it again. No big deal, I voided the second label.

That item is still marked as Awaiting Shipment on my seller hub despite printing two labels for it.

 Furthermore, I have a similar problem on the buying side of things.

There’s an item I’ve already paid for stuck in my cart.

The first issue you can report to CS. This issue has been persisting for months now - give it 24 hours and the item should drop off awaiting shipment. Use the chat or callback option on this page to report: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

Ask them to add your account to the open ticket:

Members shipped item is still showing as Awaiting shipment (March 25, 2023)

I've been noticing this as well for months now.

I usually just check the item has tracking added and eventually it goes away.

It's more irritating than anything.
