Shipping Issues new listing

Hi,

I just added a couple new listings today, and couldn’t find USPS First Class Shipping as an option. Has anyone experienced this? I even tried revising my listing, but it still doesn’t show First Class as an option!?? I use this all the time?! Any suggestions?

To solve this as of now,  USPS offers Sellers the option of walking their packages into the Post Office where USPS will manually weigh each package themselves for the seller.  There they will offer the Seller the First Class shipping for the item if it is under 1 pound. 

If they take into the PO to mail it, it will have to be 13 ounces or under. NOT up to 1 pound.

They were right, however, saying "there will not be an Ebay discount at the Post Office" -  but they really should have said 'not an online discount at the PO'.
