Shipping Error message "something went wrong"

I'm trying to get some labels printed but I am receiving a message "something went wrong. Try again"

Well, I keep trying and I'm still getting the same message.  I have seen that this same error message came up in 2021 but I haven't found any solutions or reasons why.

eBay shipping labels are currently down. eBay is aware and working to fix it; there is no ETA yet.

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.
