is it possible for a shipping label to show my ship from address and not return address which is different. Obviously in case of returns ,eBay should automatically print out a label for
the buyer using the return to address
thanks

Yes, your Ship From and Return addresses can be different, though I'm not sure actually which one prints on the shipping label (I would assume it had to be the Ship From for proper pricing on the label). Check your addresses here and make sure they're set up correctly: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

The Return Address prints in full on your shipping label. The Ship From ZIP code is shown separately as well. Although the post office now requires a full Ship From ZIP address to be entered via the link above, only its ZIP is shown on the label. (I would use the address of the originating post office for the Ship From ZIP entry, if you don't have an address of your own in that area.)

As it should. There may be other mishaps (besides an eBay return) that could require the package to go back to your Return Address, so you do want that showing on the label (i.e. the location to which you want returns to go).
The Ship From ZIP Code is the detail that should match your origin post office, not the Return Address. Although some USPS clerks are convinced that it's got something to do with getting "credit" for handling the package (it doesn't; that's what the tracking scans are for, especially the Acceptance), its real purpose is to show that the prepaid postage was correctly calculated for a shipment originating from that ZIP Code.
Technically, it should be correct for any ZIP Code matching the first three digits, but if you know where you're going to be shipping from, then plug in that specific ZIP Code for the Ship From ZIP address when preparing your package. (You can store multiple Ship From ZIP locations if desired. I have two that I alternate between.)
