Ship by dates changed when I adjusted handling time

I was going on vacation and I wanted to avoid losing Top Rated Status, so I adjusted my handling times on my items. I know that I could turn off the sales but wanted to still be open.

When I did this, suddenly, 20 items became overdue in the shipping dates.

Ebay says that I had originally set them as 1 day handing when in fact they were 30 days out. 

I have done this for the past 6 months and I am always looking at the information.

Has this happened to anyone else?  I need support in my dispute with Ebay.

The other oddity is that some of the listings show a 45 day handling time.

There is only 30 days that can be selected.

They still don't seem to think that there is an issue.

I am concerned about their technical people.

I understand and that is certainly a very valid concern.
