OK....Ok..... So I admit I am the first person on here to complain about a change Ebay has made over the years. There have been really stupid ones for sure, but there are also some that have helped greatly (even if I did not like it at the time which is usually the case!). Hated managed payments....love it now, Hated the new message system....like it now. I just don't like change really. So..... sometimes we sellers are unaware of a feature Ebay has made that other sellers do not know about, that may be helpful. Some time ago I posted that it would be nice to see all the items a "repeat" buyer has purchased. Not that long ago I clicked on the user ID above the "repeat buyer" and it pulled up all that data! Somewhere ebay must have listened and made that change. I also love all the new reports for taxes....it is night and day difference on the time I spend now vs what I had to in the old Paypal days! If you have a "change" made that is helpful to you, please share.
