Shady practice.

When I went to view my store this morning, and not the first time. There was a prompt that said My store was "sold out", but here's more stores to view. I have over 1400 active listings. How often does this happen, as this is total **bleep**. Does anyone else have this problem. Makes you wonder what your sales could be like if eBay cared about the seller.

IDK, you seem to be assuming it happens often without one bit of factual information.  Unsubstantiated rumors help no one.

It is likely it was just a hiccup in your internet connection at the time.  That happens.  It is unlikely it is some conspiracy to do you harm.

You will be happy to know I viewed your store just fine and I see 1400 or so listings.  So it appears you are just fine.
