Hi. I'm trying to get in contact with eBay in reference to a sewing machine that I sold. Unfortunately the item was damaged. Is there anyone that can advice me how or where to go to get in touch with eBay or the buyer?

Are you asking about what to do because you've discovered the damage before you've shipped it out?

Has the buyer filed an INAD yet, if they have, you don't want Ebay to get involved if you want the item returned before refunding.

What i did was i e-mail the buyer and explained the situation. Because I did not take the money from pay pal, all she had to do was cancel the order.
