I noticed that there are some listings such as in "sewing machine parts" where there is a picture of all parts collectively with numbers to identify individual parts. The listing has a description of each part along with a unique price per part. How would I go about setting this up?

eBay has a format called "Variations" which requires each item to have its own drop-down section. Here's an example of a listing for "sewing machine parts" that uses the Variations format:

Here's a further discussion of the Variations format. Note that you can't use Relist or Sell similar (starting with one of your existing listings); you'd have to start with either a fresh blank listing form OR go to a listing that already has variations and click on the link for "Have one to sell? Sell now" that appears just below the listing's Gallery image.

Give us an example so we can better advise you. A link to a listing is best. But a listing number is fine too.

They are using a variation listing.
But, those are not variations, each part is a different item and should have their own listing.
