Seriously, is this some kind of joke?

why is every NEW listing flow page coming up with PRE CHECKED Ships to RUSSIA box checked under International Shipping for the last couple of days? This is not how the NEW listing page appeared EVER! Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes there has been few threads about it. Afaik it is only happening to listings that have the gsp. But as all listings have Russia excluded now, the glitch is cosmetic and doesn't affect your listings at all. Tyler has confirmed that.
