Sending an offer again.

So, I sent a buyer a counteroffer and they declined it and then messaged me saying they want to accept it. I can’t figure out how to send it again. I asked them if they could send an offer to me and they said it doesn’t work and it said I’m not able to send offers on my listings when I click on it through seller hub. Is there anything I can do to make this happen? Thanks!

Sometimes there's a Reply With Offer button on the ebay message but it's not always available. You might have to suggest they submit a new offer if they have not exceeded the number of offers that are allowed.
