How can I, Seller send Non-Responsive Buyer an invoice for my accepting their Best Offer for a vehicle purchase, when eBay kicks back my invoice attempt wanting me to add a shipping charge. Although Buyer owns transport company and my ad states Buyer can P/U free or provide their own shipping at their expense. eBay has no concerns or care, as they just keep collecting on my ad invoices.
