I was out and about yesterday. when I got several offers from a customer. I accepted them all, and for whatever reason I had actually noticed where the customer was located (in the US).
I decided to go ahead and send an invoice to insure combined shipped. When I clicked on it, it said, You can't send invoices for international sales (maybe not verbatim but really close). I tried later in the day and it gave me the same message.
I thought that perhaps I had viewed the buyers information wrong (and by the way, it was all blanked when I tried to check again) and that this was a sale going through EIS. I was also worried the program would not combine shipping. I contacted the customer to let her know that I couldn't send an invoice because of EIS and to ask could I help with anything.
Her reply today: " It was just the "Request Combined Shipping" form. I want them sent to New Hampshire not internationally."
I never received anything at all from Ebay as far as a combined shipping request either so maybe not just the app.
I immediately went to the desktop and I was able to send the invoice. Now let's see if it gets anywhere.
