I've been doing a lot of direct offers lately and it seems EVERY DAY that a buyer gets angry because they think it says that I am offering free shipping, when I don't (Free Local Pick Up) or says they don't want to accept the offer because it shows Free Local Pick Up.
Anyone else getting buyers having trouble navigating offers?
It is starting to become comical.

People see what they want to see and disregard the rest.
You can sell someone a taillight and they'll be upset because you didn't include the rest of the car.
(Seriously - I once sold the back seats from my minivan on C-List for $100, when the buyer met me they demanded the title to the van!)

I remember a problem with people seeing free shipping on their phones, even though it wasn't. Maybe that's happening again.
