Send An Offer option

If I have 4 pieces of an item listed at $50 with a Make an Offer option and someone pays the full $50, then the Send an Offer option pops up with 3 potential buyers;would the person who paid the full $50 be included in the 3 potential buyers or is that person removed? I don't want to send that buyer a $45 offer if he already paid $50. Any help would be much appreciated

Send An Offer option

The item is sold for $50. Period. Then you can accept (or not) 3 other offers. It is irrelevant if the$50 buyer is in $45 offers. May be he purchased again. The way to tell is to look at their IDs for one and when you accept offers you will see names and addresses and then you could contact the person buying 2 items one for 45 and other for 50 if they meant to buy 2. If such a case will show up to be a fact.
