I'm a new eBay seller from Sri Lanka and I wish to sell some naturally crafted items under Home and Garden category. I want to know any Environmental certification requires before the selling...?

Not that I'm aware of. But before you list something like a coconut shell bowl for example, you should search eBay to see how much competition you'll have. You might not do so well when there's 3,800 listed and only 7.6%  of them  actually get sold.

Thank you for asking first instead of finding out the hard way.  Dealing with US Customs regulations for biological materials scares any sane human.

What you want to sell has thousands of Sri Lankan sellers competing over a tiny amount of sales, most of which end up being sold at a loss. Now is not a great time to try to sell from Sri Lanka. It would be much better to wait until the fad of "easy money" on ebay from Sri Lanka passes.

There is so much competition for so few sales that even the largest seller in the country sells less than I do and I am a middle of the road nothing seller here in America who isn't even in the top 50 of my main category.

The videos you watched lied to you. Literally anything else you do to try to make money would have a better chance.
