Had five no pay bidders so far this month and 3 cancel. search engine doesn't work any more like it did. you must pay extra. but then take best offer or lower price. I'm just about done with Ebay after a lot of years. full time job keeping things straight and low sales or none.

Most of your items are Fixed Price. Are they all Immediate Payment Required? Are you accepting offers for the ones that don't pay? Do you have your bidder blocks to block anyone with more than one UID in the last year? Are you filing and closing your UIDs?

If you have FP with IPR you cannot have nonpaying bidders. You can't stop cancellations though.

You don't have to accept an offer or low price.  If you want to, you can just lower the fixed price, notify the buyer, and leave the IPR intact.
