Just a heads up if you are a ebay seller of MLB Angels baseball cards . I recently got burned for $175 from eBay buyer (has possibly two accounts).viking7833 Buyer received card damaged the corner asked for a return. I gave him my correct address . They sent intensionally to incorrect address that doesn't even exist any longer . They then received the item back and eBay automatically refunded he from my PayPal . I'm not a lier and dont expect to deal with them neither . I'm a honest seller . But this was a burn that I will be taking up with eBay as soon as I can talk to a human that ebay employees other then this dam computer trash. Thought I'd share .

...so many topics about eBay freely refund buyers without having a discussion with sellers to verify the outcomes...
...feel the pain of these sellers...
...would eBay ever have a second thought to revise their returns and refunds madness policies...?
...Customer Service calling system is helpless regardless crisis virus or not as "left hand does not know what right hand doing"...

Seller is always on lost position at eBay and more and more crooks, like wild fire, are spreading on this joint killing it slowly. Sellers sale to the limit they can afford to loose.
What is next eBay? Quo vadis eBay?
Are we going toward small game enterprise like Yahoo used to be before turning to barely existence (how soon forgotten, lessons not learnt )? Or, may be, by chance, are you, do something about it before it is too late?

They sent intensionally to incorrect address that doesn't even exist any longer .
Do you mean they sent it to an old outdated address of yours that was once on file with ebay or paypal?

Yes they sent it to my old apartment that don't exist anymore . In which was given to them from PayPal . I didn't realize I hadn't updated my address there because I have never had a issue like this .
Sorry to say this man, but that's your error. Buyers are required to return to the address provided by the system if they want buyer protection - not the address you gave them through message. It works the same in reverse - sellers are required to ship to the buyer's address on the order if they want seller protection. The only way around having a wrong address in the system after the return is already approved is to manually create a prepaid return label and send it to the buyer. By using the label you provide they will keep their buyer protection even if you changed your return address.

If the buyer send it back NOT to your address, and you can prove that, i'm 100% sure they will refund you.
I'm not sure what they will do with the buyer.
Good luck and take care!
