Hello Baseball card sellers, I need your help. I have a bunch of cards from the same set that I want to sell individually through 1 listing. On the listing there would be a drop down or list of the cards that are available with the Buy it Now Price. I know it can be done and have purchased cards that way but I can't figure out how to do that.
Thanks for the any info you can provide.

You want what is called a variation listing:
I'm not sure if that is an ideal format for baseball cards, where each card can vary so much in value.
It's more for like priced items like DVDs, etc.
I would take out the valuable ones and list those by themselves.

It's called a "variations listing".
It's not really meant for what you want to do.
Here is an example of what a variations listing would be suited for is...
*Several red widgets, several blue widgets, several white widgets, several green widgets.
*Several small shirts, several medium shirts, several large shirts, several XL shirts, several 2XL shirts
*Several 1" pipes, several 2" pipes, several 3" pipes, several 4" pipes, several 5" pipes.
Let's say you have 100 different cards of 100 different players.
Those would be better off listed separately.
Unless you have several of the same cards.

Thank you for asking your listing question! I have read through the variations tutorials and was not having any luck trying to figure out if variations would work the way I wanted. I also wasn't sure how to explain how I want to use the variations since I work with antique/vintage/current fabric.

I'm not sure that's a legitimate variations listing and, if it is not, eBay could see it as fee avoidance, which could jeopardize your account.
It is an option that is not even available in all categories. It's commonly seen in clothing, like a woolen sweater available in three colors and four sizes.
So, tread carefully.

As a card seller I found I have done much better making a listing for each and every single card instead of using variation listings. Most buyers never click through to them having long had the experience that the item they want in the listing either isn't in stock or has a bad price. I don't use them anymore and I don't even look at them anymore when looking for price comps. A lot of people do that to try to somehow profitably sell cards at 99 cents each trying to get people to buy multiple cards, but in my experience no matter what I do 90 percent of my card sales are 1 card. I even have buy 3 get 1 free on a huge chunk of my listings and at least once every 2 days someone will buy 3 of those and not get the 4th one. Most customer just don't look at anything.
I know you can't do card variation listings for different conditions anymore at all per ebay policy, although all the big guys are still doing it.
