Selling limits

Hello, I can list only three items (total USD 9) before receiving a message that I've reached my monthly limit (USD 200). This does not obviously make any sense. Does anyone know how this can be solved? I haven't used my account for months.

You have not sold for over a year so eBay will treat you as a new seller and impose listing limits. The amount you menioned though is strange and seems very low.

Have you registered for managed payments ? Paypal is no longer the money processor for sellers to receive funds.
