Selling limits triggered without any sale done

Just posted an item for sell (less then 200$) and tried to revise a few details right after. But see a message about my selling limits so i can't change the post now, can't change my selling limits. Check out this ridiculous message. Ebay you are the worst.

Ebay has tightened the reigns on brand new sellers to keep buyers from getting ripped off.

What were your selling limits to begin with?

Were you able to complete the sign up for Managed Payments?
