Hi, getting an increase in how many items you can list may take a few months. You will need to be patient. List as many as you are allowed, and when you have a number of successful sales to show for your efforts, eBay will begin to raise your limits. There is no way to short-cut or circumvent this wait. So choose your items wisely. Below is a link to the policy page with more information. Good luck.

You have to make sales and collect good feedback. Over time, your limit will ease. By the way, opening a store WON'T increase it either.

You only have one item listed, with 3 variations of size (so 3 listed) pretty sure you should be able to list more, have you tried?
As simba has said you need to build a good selling reputation so list as much as the limit allows to better your chances of gettting limits raised
