Selling limit

So I started selling on ebay last month and I posted a listing which made me reach my selling limit. Today I deleted my listing but it still tells me I reached my monthly selling limit.

Do I have to  wait till next month for it to reset? Because right now I’m not selling anything although it still tells me I reached my limit

Yes, you have to wait until August 1 for the listing limit to reset.

Once you list an item, that listing has been "used" regardless if you END it for whatever reason.
